We offer FREE UK 2nd Class Standard shipping on all orders. 

Please note: only recorded (signed for) shipping is trackable online and subject to a re-ship should your item go missing in the post. If you choose a standard (non recorded) method of shipping we DO NOT re-ship if your item does not arrive. We do offer proof of postage with ALL orders should you require it.

We reserve the right without prior notice to upgrade your postage option to a recorded service should your order total exceed £100, (this is a free service requiring no further action from you)

Our policy is to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (working days). Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day. Our postage cost covers both delivery charge and packaging. Should you wish to change the order you can do so at that time. We will also offer you the option to receive a full refund instead.

Please note: it is our policy to combine shipments if the same address is provided for multiple orders, in this case, the more expensive shipping method will be used for the combined shipment. If you do not want your orders to be combined, you must email us as soon as possible.

Most orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail unless special international requirements are requested. All Royal Mail shipping options are available and detailed below.


Returns & Refunds
At nootropics.net, it is our policy to give 100% satisfaction. We do know, however, that there may be occasions when you wish to return items. If, for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return it within 28 days, un-opened and in its original condition to our address. Upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refund, or store credit for the item. Alternatively, you may wish to exchange it for another. Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable.
